The English language course, level A2 is suitable for students with initial knowledge, who have successfully completed level A1, wishing to further develop and build on their grammatical and vocabulary knowledge as well as their communication skills in the language or for those whose activity is related to the most basic everyday communication with foreigners. The programme and teaching method are also suitable for those wishing to refresh and fill in gaps in their A1 knowledge and then continue to build on it.
Upon successful completion of the A2 level course, you will be able to hold an adequate conversation on basic topics as well as give complete answers to a question, you will also be able to use vocabulary from a variety of semantic fields and basic grammatical tenses, distinguishing between simple and continuous ones. Your pronunciation will become more distinct and clear, and your speaking rhythm will improve. On completion of Level A2 you will be reading adapted texts fluently and will be able to answer adjacent questions. Listening as well as understanding conversations on everyday topics will be much easier, and writing emails on both personal, family, home and education-related, as well as work-related, to express gratitude or apologise, topics will be at a higher level from a vocabulary point of view.

The English File system is designed so that each successive level negotiates and builds on the material from the previous one in order to build, consolidate and develop knowledge.
